The petitioner is seeking permission to conduct Maha Shivarathri Poojas with the Annadhanam function on 16.02.2026. Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant permission to the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is permitted to conduct the Maha Shivarathri Poojas with the Annadhanam function on 16.02.2026. The 2nd respondent is directed to grant appropriate permission with conditions and adequate police protection.
