[2] The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer, inter alia, for quashing and setting aside the order being No. 2/KHLPS/APPT dated 10-08-2026 issued by the Secretary, Khomdram Leirak L.P. School (Government Aided), cancelling the appointment order of the present writ petitioner. [3] The respondent No. 5, i.e. the School Management Committee (SMC), Khomdram Leikai L.P. A scan copy of the order dated 03-08- 2026 issued by the respondent No. 5 revoking and withdrawing the impugned cancellation order dated 10-08-2026 reads as under: WP(C) No. 633 of 2026 MC(WP(C)) No. 705 of 2026 & MC(WP(C)) No. 659 of 2026 Page 3 [4] Mr. S. Biswajit Meitei, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 5 submitted that as the impugned cancellation order has been revoked and withdrawn by the respondent No. 5 and as the petitioner has been reinstated in her post with full status existing prior to the issuance of the cancellation order dated 10-08-2026, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition and the present petition along with the connected application can be closed as infructuous. [5] Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that as the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition has been granted, the present writ petition can be closed as infructuous. [6] Recording the submission advanced by both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No. 5, the present writ petition as well as the connected two applications are hereby closed as infructuous.
