This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to steps taken by respondent No. 4 for payment of compensation pursuant to award dated 03.03.2025 (ANNEXURE P-1) for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate writ/order directing the respondent No. 4 and 2 to pay the compensation to the petitioners as awarded vide the award dated 03.03.2025 with all consequential benefits as per law. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate writ/order directing the respondent authorities to ensure payment of statutory interest for the delayed payment of compensation till the date of actual payment of such interest. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Commissioner-cum-Arbitrator, Durg for release of undisputed amount of subject award. 3. Learned counsel for respondents stated no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4. On due consideration, permission as sought by counsel for the petitioner is granted. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty as aforesaid. 3 6. However, learned Arbitrator-cum-Commissioner, Durg is expected to expedite the proceeding of pending appeal in respect of subject award and to conclude the same at the earliest.
