Romesh Verma, Judge(oral) The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment passed by this Court on 08.12.2025 in CWP No. 19228 of
2025.
2. During the pre-lunch session, learned vice counsel for the respondent sought time to obtain instructions in the matter. She has now placed on record an unsigned office order passed by the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla–171003, which was supplied to her by the Law Officer of the Corporation, wherein it has been stated that the claim of the petitioner, Sh. Gian Chand, Conductor, for overstay allowance for the period served as regular service is tenable. Therefore, the petitioner has been granted the overstay allowance on the analogy of Devender Chauhan.
4. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present petition can be closed, however, liberty may be granted to him to revive the present petition, in case the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 grievances, as raised by the present petitioner, are still remain unaddressed. Liberty granted.
