Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 3. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No.15 of 2022 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.18 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar for the alleged offence under Sections 13(2)/ read with section 13(1) (a)/12 of PC (Amendment) Act 2018 and Sections 379/286/120-B of IPC. 4. The case has been registered as per order passed by the Lokayukt, Odisha. The petitioner was a Government Officer. It is submitted that the petitioner had no role to play in the matter. 5. Mr. Rizvi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department fairly submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted showing the petitioner as ‘not arrested’. 6. Considering the submissions as above and the materials on record, though I am not inclined grant anticipatory bail to the Order No. 01 . petitioner, the application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a week from today and to move for bail. In such event, he shall be released on bail on such terms and condition as the court below may deem fit and proper to impose. 7. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
