This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 19.1.2026 and 31.1.2026 respectively within a time frame. 3. The case of the petitioner is that for the alleged default in repayment of loan EMI, the 3rd respondent initiated arbitration proceedings against the petitioner and appointed the 4th respondent as the Arbitrator. On 03.11.2025, the 4th respondent, without giving any opportunity to the petitioner, passed an exparte award directing the 2nd respondent to freeze the salary account of the petitioner. In order to challenge the order of the 4th respondent, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 dated 19.01.2026 and 31.01.2026 and since no action was taken thereafter, he has filed the present writ petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 8979 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials on record. 5. Considering the limited prayer sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 31.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
