ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.2 in entertaining the claim of respondent No.3 under the provisions of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 vide reference No.10/IFC/MDL-MLG/2026, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent developments, no cause survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. The said submission is also endorsed on record.
3. In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
