Case No.01 of 2026, for offences under Sections 69 and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned A.P.P. representing the State. Perused the material available on record and also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the opposite party – State, opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It is alleged that the petitioner deceived the informant after living with her in a relationship and refused to marry her. 5. The parties are major. 6. It is admitted that both the parties i.e. this petitioner and the informant, were in relationship since 2020 and they lived together as husband and wife but thereafter this petitioner refused 2026:JHHC:7664 2 to marry the informant. 7. Considering the fact that the parties are major and they entered into relationship on their own sweet will, I am inclined to allow this application. 8. Accordingly, this Bail Application is allowed. The petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail in connection with Basal P.S. Case No.01 of 2026, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his / her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
