1. By way of the present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail for a period of one month (extended until 31.03.2026) granted to him by order dated 26.02.2026 in BAIL APPLN. 849/2026 in relation to FIR No. 455/2024 registered at Police Station Special Cell, under Sections 8(c)/21/22/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2. Further to the order dated 27.03.2026, the applicant’s medical documents placed on record have been verified by the Investigating Officer. The applicant underwent Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery on 10.03.2026 and was discharged on 16.03.2026. Having regard to the verified medical certificate, whereby he has been advised complete and strict bed rest for a period of one month, I am of the view that the interim bail granted to him vide order dated 26.02.2026 [in BAIL APPLN. 849/2026] deserves to be extended till 15.04.2026, on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order of the learned Special Court dated
