Having regard to the verified medical certificate, whereby he has been advised complete and strict bed rest for a period of one month, I am of the view that the interim bail granted to him vide order dated 26.02.2026 [in BAIL APPLN. 849/2026] deserves to be extended till 15.04.2026, on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order of the learned Special Court dated 21.01.2026. 4.
