The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to this case from possession of the Court below. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned termination/removal order dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the Respondent No. 4. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 4, to re-instate/restore the Petitioner to the post of Authorized Officer for the Adim Jati Seva Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Chhotebenthiya, in terms of the initial order dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure P/2). 10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 3.
