Heard learned counsel for the parties. Though the petitioner has claimed for payment of dues from 10.07.2004 to 19.04.2007, however, the registration number of the Trekker which is said to be used for catch up round for polio drop to the children, has not been disclosed in the writ petition. Moreover, on the one hand, the petitioner is claiming that he is the President of the Jharkhand State 407 Trekker Taxi Owners Association, however, on the other hand, he is claiming that he is the owner of the Trekker and as such from the averment made in the writ petition, it is not clear as to under what capacity he is claiming the due amount. Thus, the present writ petition has been filed on vague and insufficient averments. 2 3. Under the said circumstance, no writ of mandamus can be issued on the prayer made in the writ petition. 4.
