At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents No.1 to 4 submits that an appeal has been filed before the Commissioner, Bilaspur by private respondent No.5 challenging the order dated 13.08.2025 passed by the Respondent No.3 – Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Gharghoda, District - Raigarh (CG). 3. In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if occasion arises. 4.
