The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No. 63/2025, for the offence registered u/s 331(4)/305 of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation, two of the co-accused has taken the name of the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner is taken in custody on 3.10.2025 and the said two co- accused, who have taken the name of the petitioner has been granted regular bail by the coordinate bench in BA No. 11179 of 2025 and BA No. 10883 of 2025. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 3.10.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the two co-accused have been granted regular 2026:JHHC:984 2 bail in aforesaid BAs, the petitioner is in custody since 3.10.2025 and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara, in connection with Bindapathar P.S.
