By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant who is the petitioner in the connected review petition no. 25/2026, has prayed for an interim protection not detain or push back the applicant during the pendency of the review petition. 3. The learned standing counsel for the FT and Border matters has opposed the prayer on the ground that the opinion dated 20.12.2021 has attained finality by dismissal of WP(C)/831/2026 vide order dated 16.05.2025. 4. Be that as it may as the review petition has been filed, in the event applicant namely, Bimala Khatun, against whom opinion dated 20.12.2021, passed by learned Member Foreigners Tribunal (10th), Barpeta, Assam, is apprehended, she shall not deported out of the Country without the order of the Court. 5. The applicant shall cause production of a certified copy of the order before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta to bring the order to the notice of the said authority. Page No.# 4/4 6.
