This I.A. has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 94 days in preferring the connected appeal. The award has been made against the insurer and not against the owner. Hence the presence of the owner is not necessary for the purpose of deciding the present I.A. 3. Hence, the reasons for delay has been explained in paragraph 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the instant application. 4. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that he has no objection to the condonation of the delay. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the I.A. stands disposed of. Page No.# 3/3 5.
