According to learned counsel for the petitioner, statetment recorded in order dated 30.07.2019 is not based upon the correct facts, therefore, petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the Joint Director/respondent No.2 herein bringing to the notice that the facts recorded is not correct. In that view of the matter, the Joint Director / Respondent No.2 is directed to reconsider its order dated 30.07.2019 after hearing the petitioner and shall pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 5.
