1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

2 based upon the correct fact and therefore the same is required to be set aside.
2. Learned counsels for the respondents would oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and support the impugned order.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their rival submission made herein above and gone through the records with utmost circumspection.
4. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, statetment recorded in order dated 30.07.2019 is not based upon the correct facts, therefore, petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the Joint Director/respondent No.2 herein bringing to the notice that the facts recorded is not correct. In that view of the matter, the Joint Director / Respondent No.2 is directed to reconsider its order dated 30.07.2019 after hearing the petitioner and shall pass the appropriate order in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off. Sd/-
