The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions due to ill health. Specifically, she underwent treatment for varicose veins in 2024 and suffered an accident in 2025. Consequently, the petitioner seeks a grant of extension of time. 3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing on behalf of the respondent Police, submits that the petitioner has failed to comply with the directed conditions. 4. It is observed that the petitioner has failed to comply with the original directions of this Court.
