1. The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for non-compliance of the
order dated 18.07.2025 passed in WPS No. 7451 of 2025 on the ground that even after passing of an order of no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, the petitioner has been relieved by the respondents.
2. Counsel for the respondent would submit that no document has been
2 enclosed along with this contempt petition to show that the order passed by this Court has been brought to the notice of the respondent i.e. the Deputy Director, Veterinary Services and have submitted before the receipt clerk of the General Administration Department and not in the office of Deputy Director, Veterinary Services.
3. The objection raised by counsel for the respondent could not be defended by counsel for the petitioner nor any document has been placed in this regard to show the order dated 18.07.2025 is brought to the notice of the respondents.
4. In the aforementioned facts of the case, the contempt petition having no merits and is accordingly dismissed. Sd/-
