Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, directing the respondent authorities to including the service period spend by the petitioner as temporary employee, for pensionable service, as per order dated 01.04.2019 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court in WA No. 88 of 2019 along with other batch of appeals, with interest @ 18% annum. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including the award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for State submits that one batch of writ petition’s first case being Bhagbali Kashyap Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others bearing WPS No. 10696 of 2019 were disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court considering that against the order passed in writ appeal SLP has been filed by the State Government which is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court observing as under:- “6. Accordingly, the bunch of these writ petition(s), deserve to be disposed of with a direction that the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (c) No. 8677- 8678/2023 will be applicable mutatis mutandis in the facts and circumstances of the case of the petitioners and their entitlement to get additional pension will be governed by the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (c) No. 8677- 3 / 3 8687 of 2023 is decided in favour of the petitioners, the respondents shall extend the benefit to the petitioners without any further delay. It is also directed that if the grievance of the petitioners still exists, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file a fresh petition raising their grievances.” 3. Therefore, he submits that this writ petition can also be disposed of in similar terms. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner do not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for State. 5. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 6. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 14.10.2024 passed in WPS No. 10696 of 2019. 7.
