Pursuant to such decree, the petitioner filed case for mutation being Mutation Case No.10789 of 2025 before the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar. Said application is still pending. 4. The writ petition is therefore, disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to expeditiously dispose of the mutation proceeding in terms of the civil court decree, preferably within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
