This writ petition is filed in 2020, seeking following reliefs: i) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned recovery citation dated 27.12.2019 issued by respondent no.2 (contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to adopt any coercive measure against the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned recovery citation. iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to repay the loan amount in easy installment.” 3. In sum and substance, petitioner is aggrieved by recovery citation issued by Tehsildar for recovery of Rs. 4,91,051/-. 4. From the stipulation made on top of the recovery citation, it appears that recovery is UKHC010003002020 2026:UHC:6434 being made pursuant to some judicial order. 5. Learned State Counsel points out that there may be an arbitral award which has been sought to be executed through Court. 6. Since that arbitral award has not been challenged, therefore interference with the recovery citation would not be warranted. 7. Even otherwise also, more than 6 and a half years have gone by since filing of the writ petition; the recovery citation must have been executed and the amount mentioned there must have been recovered by now. 8.
