JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 22.06.2026 Heard Mr. SA Bakhtiar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Page No.# 3/3 applicant. 2. This is an application filed by the applicant seeking leave of this Court to change the address of the respondent No.5, which was incorrectly mentioned in the cause-title of the accompanying writ petition being WP(C)No.880/2017. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the correct address of the respondent No.5 is reflected at paragraph No.5 of the instant application. 4. It is the opinion of this Court that the above prayer so made in the instant application can be allowed. 5. Accordingly, this Court permits the applicant to change the address of the respondent No.5 by incorporating the correct address mentioned at paragraph No. 5 of the instant application. 6. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/writ petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days from today and the Registry on the basis of the fresh memo of parties along with the instant order shall make the necessary corrections in the cause-title of the accompanying writ petition and update the same in the CIS. 7.
