Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No. 1 and 2 to sanction the loan to the petitioner under the DEDS scheme in pursuant to his Loan application No. 200041049830001 dated 26.07.2018 under Dairy Entrepreneurship Development Scheme (DEDS) Scheme submitted by the petitioner to the Respondent no. 1 and 2.” 5. There is no one to represent the petitioner, therefore, it is not known whether the loan has been sanctioned in favour of petitioner or not. 6. Having regard to the relief claimed, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation, if loan has not been sanctioned to him. If petitioner makes representation within two weeks, respondent no. 1 shall take decision thereupon as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
