P.P. …...... 03/ 16.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17(i)(ii) of the C.L.A. Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The allegation against this petitioner is that he is the member of TSPC extremist organization. Petitioner has been arrested, and on his confession 83 cartridges were recovered near the tree behind his house. 5. Considering the recovery at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Piprawar P.S. Case No.23 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. No.1063 of 2025 (S.T. No.321 of 2025), pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd, Chatra, stands rejected. 6.
