Civil Writ Petition No.15452/2025: Union of India and Others vs. Income Tax Gazetted Officer Association and Another which was upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India while dismissing the SLP (Civil) Diary No.23093/2026 vide its order dated 19.05.2026. In view thereof, nothing survives for our consideration in the instant writ petition which is also dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
