Mr. A Chaliha, Learned Standing Counsel, Department of Finance, Assam, submits that in pursuance to the issuance of a fresh Pension Payment Order (PPO), in favour of the Petitioner, Page No.# 3/3 the arrears of the family pension amount receivable by the Petitioner, as well as, the Gratuity amount, have been credited to the account of the Petitioner and the Petitioner would now receive her monthly family pension from the current month onwards. In view of the above developments taking place in the matter, no live issue being found to be existing for further consideration, the present Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court in the event, the amount of family pension and other amounts are not duly credited to her account, and/or in the event, the family pension is not regularly credited to her account, after she had complied with all requisite procedures to be followed in the matter.
