Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case for alleged recovery of Phensedyl. Learned advocate for the State submits that the investigation of the case is still in progress. Having considered that the investigation is being still carried on, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 655 of 2026 is dismissed.
