No.3398 of 2026 2.The petitioner in his affidavit stated that he has complied with the condition without any default for the past two years. He further submitted that he is a daily wage worker and he was finding very difficult both physically and financially to go to Thanjavur twice daily. The petitioner therefore prayed to relax the condition imposed in the aforesaid order. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this court on 19.03.2024 without any default. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons, this Court is inclined to relax the condition.
