The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application has been filed seeking correction of the order dated 09.06.2026, wherein it was inadvertently recorded that the charge-sheet had been filed and that the said fact was not refuted by the learned Public Prosecutor. 2. This Court finds that the aforesaid observation was inadvertently incorporated in the order. While passing the order dated 09.06.2026, this Court had not taken into consideration the factum of filing of the charge-sheet, as recorded in paragraph 9 thereof. 3. Accordingly, since the aforesaid observation has inadvertently found place in the order, it is clarified that the observation regarding the filing of the charge-sheet and the same not being refuted by the learned Public Prosecutor shall stand [2026:RJ-JP:23174] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-267/2026] deleted from the order dated 09.06.2026. This order shall form an integral part of the order dated 09.06.2026. 4. With the above observation the present application stand disposed of. 5. All pending application, if any, stand disposed of.
