1. The petitioner has filed this contempt petition due to non-compliance of
order dated 25.06.2024 passed in WPC No.3098 of 2024, whereby, the coordinate Bench of this Court has passed the following order:-
"4. Considering the submission made by counsel for the parties and also considering the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending since 21.7.2023, the respondent No.2 is

2. On instructions, learned counsel for respondent submits that, due to workload, the order under contempt could not be complied with within stipulated time. However, the same shall be complied within a further period of 3 months.
3. Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for the respondent, at this juncture, this contempt petition is disposed of granting further time of 3 months' to the respondent to comply with the order dated 25.06.2024 passed in WPC No.3098/2024.
