The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief :- “That the present writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to the respondents authority to accept and allow to work on the post of Swastha Jamrorh Supervisor, under Jamrorh Panchayat, Dinara Block to the petitioner in the light of order dated 28.7.25 passed y the District Magistrate Rohtas and/or also for necessary relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner is Patna High Court CWJC No.4271 of 2026(2) dt.26-03-2026 2/2 entitled in the eye of law.” 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no.2) within a period of four weeks. 4. On filing of such representation, the same shall be decided by the respondent no.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of its filing. 5. It may be observed here that this Court has not entered into the merits of case of the petitioner which has to be decided by the respondent concerned in considering of the representation filed by the petitioner. 6.
