Sarma, the learned counsel for the appellants. Also heard Mr. A. Bhattacharyya, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3/ insurance company. [2] It is submitted by the learned counsel for the insurance company that parties in this appeal have arrived at an amicable settlement. He submits that the insurance company has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs. 9,50,000/- as full and final settlement to the claimants in addition to the amount, which has already been paid (Rs. 14,91,542/-). [3] In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this appeal is hereby disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. [4] The letter dated 22.06.2026, issued by the Hub-In-Charge, Appeal & Specialized claims Division of the insurance company which has been produced by the learned counsel for the insurance company is marked as ‘x’ and kept in the case record. [5] The agreed amount of Rs. 9,50,000/- shall be deposited before the Registry of this court within a period of 4(four) weeks from the date of this order, by the insurance company. [6] On such deposit, same shall be disbursed by the Registry to the claimant No. 1 after proper verification. Page No.# 4/4 [7] This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
