Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially granted bail but subsequently cancelled by this Hon’ble Court and is in custody for more than 847 days. Learned advocate for the State submits that out of the 22 witnesses, 17 witnesses have already been examined. Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant also opposes the prayer for bail. 2 Having considered that the case is at the final stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. However, the learned trial court would put in efforts to conclude the prosecution witnesses within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order..
