The petitioners have filed the present writ application challenging the impugned order dated 3rd November, 2025 wherein, the bank has declared the account of the petitioners as fraud. It is a specific case of the petitioners that the bank has passed the impugned order without serving the copy of the forensic audit report and other documents which the bank has relied upon by passing the impugned order. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents/bank submits that the documents have already been served to the 2 petitioners but in spite of the same the petitioners have filed the present writ application. 3. Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioners that without supply the copy of the forensic audit report and the documents the impugned order has been passed. Accordingly, the bank is directed to supply the forensic audit report along with the documents, if any, relied upon by the bank in the show cause notice issued to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to file their supplementary reply to the show cause notice within a period of two weeks thereafter. 4. As this Court has directed the authorities to supply the forensic audit report and other documents, the impugned order dated 3rd November, 2025 is set aside and quashed. 5. After receipt of the supplementary reply to the show cause notice, if any, the bank shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 6. WPA 27365 of 2025 is disposed of and the connected application also stands disposed of. 7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 3 8. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
