Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has already filed vakalatnama on behalf of all the proposed legal heirs and successors of respond- ent nos. 1, 5 and 12. The appellant-Kaushalya Devi is present in person in the proceedings. The medi- ation report has been placed on record which is dated 22nd August 2025. The rec- ord also reveals that the parties had participated in the mediation.
