From such report, it appears that, the daughter of the petitioner is living with her mother, that is, the wife of the petitioner and that, the daughter is presently preparing for her Class-X examination. 4. There are matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and his wife. 5. In such circumstances, we do not find any necessity to pass any further order in this writ petition. 6.
