Ms. Sazia Parveen, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 assures that if vacancies are available, then petitioner’s claim will be considered, provided petitioner makes a representation therefor. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation regarding his promotion. If he makes representation within ten days from today, competent authority in respondent no. 2 shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within ten weeks thereafter.
