The petitioner is a resident of Tharugapuram Village. He alleges that the private respondents had illegally installed the electric poles in the petition mentioned water bodies. The petitioner wants them to be removed. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that 14 poles were illegally laid and that out of them, 10 poles have already been removed. It is further undertaken that the remaining poles will also be removed. 4. Recording the said undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
