Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a fresh and proper physical measurement of the petitioner through a duly constituted board using the prescribed procedure and, if found eligible, permit him to participate in the remaining stages of the selection process of Home Guard pursuant to advertisement dated 27.6.2026 Page No. 32 (Annexure-3) issued by respondent no.3” 5. Having regard to the pleadings made and the relief sought, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met, if petitioner is permitted to approach the competent authority.
