The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the property is located in natham poromboke and therefore, they have not provided the service connection. 3. The petitioner has filed the property tax and water charge receipts. The petitioner has also produced aadhaar card with the said address. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner is residing in the said property. 4. In view of the above said facts, the respondents are directed to provide electricity service connection to the writ petitioner after obtaining an indemnity 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis bond and undertaking letter from the writ petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 4(four) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
