According to the petitioners/appellants, the 6th appellant in the first appeal, namely K.Leelavathy died on 23.12.2024, leaving behind the petitioners/appellants 3, 4 and 5 herein as her legal heirs. However, in the certified copy of the judgment and decree issued by the first appellate court in A.S.No.11 of2018, Leelavathy has not been shown as deceased person. 3. It is also seen from the certified copy of the judgment and decree issued by the first appellate court in A.S.No.11 of 2018 that, the appellants 13 to 15 therein were recorded as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant Srinivasappa. However, the said Srinivasappa has not been shown as deceased person. 4. In view of the above said errors in the certified copy of the judgment and decree issued by the first appellate court, this court is not inclined to accept the cause title showing Leelavathy as deceased person in the second appeal.
