2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:
“i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 and 2 to open the Railway Crossing No. 14C which situates between the Kashipur-Lalkaun Railway Trackin the light of recommendation made by the District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar vide letter dated 09-02-2017 and also on the basis of report submitted by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, in the interest of public at large.
ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the letter dated 09.12.2016 issued by the Respondent No. 2 declining the recommendation made by the District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar (Respondent No. 3 herein) for openingthe

3. Mr. Piyush Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for Union of India submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then she should have approached the competent authority instead of filing writ petition.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to respondent No. 2. If she makes representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter.
