Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- 10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ for directing the respondents to immediately release 240 days leave encashment, amount of Rs.4,90,504/- (Four lakhs ninety thousand five hundred four only) to petitioner with interest. 10.3 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.4 That, any other relief, which the petitioner is entitled and this Hon’ble Court deems it fit may kindly be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner stood retired from service from the post of Revenue Sub-Inspector, however, he was not paid leave encashment of 240 days. Petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.3 on 05.12.2024, which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondents No.4 and 4 to consider and take decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioner expeditiously within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 and 4 to consider and take decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the 3 date of receipt of this order. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh representation if he so desire and if such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same along with pending representation as observed above. 5.
