These misc. bail applications have been filed by the accused- petitioners Gajendra @ Jogendra Singh Sikarwar S/o Late Shri Atar Singh, Sameer Khan S/o Late Sattar Khan and Kaushal Shrimal S/o Padam Chand Shrimal, who were arrested by the [2026:RJ-JP:23587] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-6749/2026] police in connection with the FIR bearing No.100/2026 dated 15.02.2026 registered at Police Station Pratap Nagar, District Jaipur City (East), for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) of B.N.S., 2023. The bail applications of the accused-petitioners were rejected by the Additional Sessions Judge No.3, Jaipur Metropolitan-I (Raj.), vide order dated 20.04.2026 and Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Jaipur Metropolitan-I (Raj.), vide order dated 07.03.2026 respectively. Thereafter, the accused-petitioners have preferred these bail applications under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S, 2023. 2. Learned counsel submits that accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and the allegations levelled against them in the impugned FIR are seriously doubtful. Both the counsels further disputed the recovery as made by the police during the investigation. Learned counsel further submits that the police, after conducting the investigation, has filed the charge- sheet against them and they are behind the bars since February 2026. In view thereof, learned counsel prays that the accused- petitioners may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposes the bail applications. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, the nature of allegations against the accused-petitioners, the fact that the huge amount of gold and silver articles have been recovered and there is a serious involvement of the accused-petitioners in the [2026:RJ-JP:23587] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-6749/2026] present case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused- petitioners on bail. 7.
