Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(1), 32(2), 36, 41(1), 41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, total 714.240 liters of country made liquor was recovered from different spots. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got seven criminal antecedents out of which three are of similar nature. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
