This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/claimant praying for allowing the present applicant withdraw the 50% of the awarded Page No.# 2/2 amount which has been deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court in pursuant to the order dated 11.02.2026, passed in I.A.(C) No. 350/2026 arising out of MAC Appeal No. 45/2026. 3. The learned counsel for the Insurance Company raises no objection against the prayer made by the applicant. 4. Hence, same is allowed. 5. The 50% of the awarded amount which has been deposited by the Insurance Company in pursuant to the directions of this Court shall be disbursed to the applicant by the Registry after proper verification. 6.
