When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any documents. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to submit the relevant documents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On such submission, the respondent police consider the same, within a period of four weeks, therefrom. 4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
