The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner marked a photograph of his wife and uploaded it on cyberspace without her consent. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this matter and has not committed any offence as alleged by the police. He further submitted that the petitioner is willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for anticipatory bail for the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature, and that there are several chats and photographs exchanged between the petitioner and other persons, some of which have been morphed to depict the victim in an indecent manner. Hence, he opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail at this stage. 6.
