This is an application for condonation of 110 days’ delay caused in filing the application for setting aside the abatement and for bringing the legal representatives of the respondent on record. 2. The respondent expired on 20.10.2025. The applicants/appellants came to know about the death of the respondent at a later stage and thereafter took steps to bring the legal representatives of the respondent on record. Hence, the delay has occurred. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 110 days caused in filing the application for setting aside the abatement and for bringing the legal representatives of the respondent on Kavita 2 / 2 19-sa 113-20 record is hereby condoned. The abatement is set aside. The applicants are permitted to bring the legal representatives of the respondent on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 4. Civil application stands disposed of. SECOND APPEAL NO. 113 OF 2020 After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the proposed legal heirs of respondent, returnable on 27/10/2026.
