Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2025 in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 562 of 2024, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, now pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and he has been in custody since 25.09.2025. He further submits that no Test Identification Parade has been held. He has also submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Gulrej Khan @ Gulrez Khan, but said Gulrej Khan @ Gulrez Khan has been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 25.11.2024 in B.A. No. 7817 of 2024. He also submits that another similarly situated co- accused person namely, Faizan Quraishi has also been enlarged on bail in B.A. No. 1543 of 2025 vide order dated 24.02.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer and has submitted that the petitioner has as many as 7 criminal antecedents though some of them have been instituted after institution of the present case. 2026:JHHC:6977 2 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and has also not been put on TIP and the petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2025 coupled with the fact that the co- accused named above have been enlarged on bail including Gulrej Khan @ Gulrez Khan in whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner has transpired, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Jamshedpur in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 562 of 2024, on the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (ii) The other bailor should be his close relative. (iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of even single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned trial court. 6. The instant application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions. 7.
